Fantastic service from the staff. I arrived way too early to check in, but since I was going to visit another town until late that night, the staff was more than happy to store my suitcase for me so I wouldn't have to lug it around with me all day. When I had to check out early the next day, they ...offered to store my suitcase until I was ready to leave for the airport (I was sightseeing all day), even though I wouldn't be staying there again that night. The room was neat and clean, I had no problem falling asleep (even though it was a holiday and there were people out all night), and I really appreciated the courtesy from all the staff. Definitely staying there again when I come back to Barcelona! 

Hostel recent, clean and quiet. Very pleasant stay A little far from the centre but the metro, bus and taxis are nearby

We recommend that you separate the elderly young people and boys girls to avoid any problems of communication or to serious consequences.

Nous vous conseillons de séparer les jeunes des personnes agées et les filles des garçons pour éviter tout problêmes de communication ou bien de lourdes conséquences.

Good home and people management. In a quiet area where you can leave the car without problems. Near a station metro to get to city centre very quickly. Clean rooms and amenities.

Bon accueil et gestion des personnes. Dans un quartier calme où on peut laisser la voiture sans problèmes. Près d'une station métro pour se rendre en centre ville très rapidement. Chambres propres ainsi que les commodités.

Do something for what is the breakfast fruit juices, is it you please.

Faites quelque chose pour ce qui est des jus de fruits au petit déjeuner, s'il vous plait .

I would like first of all to comment on the home, there is not one person who speaks the French, it is good to learn to speak Spanish, English and Italian, but ca is used a bit has nothing when French people who come to stay at this hotel! In addition, the blue card passing, there was no way to get ...better, not possible to make a pick while I had provided my bank details. Situation very disappointing after 1200 km by car in the day! We are really unhappy with this hotel! 

J'aimerai tout d'abbord faire un commentaire sur l'accueil,il n'y a pas une seule personne qui parle le français, c'est bien d'apprendre à parler l'espagnole, l'anglais et l'italien, mais ca sert un peu a rien quand se sont des francais qui viennent séjourner dans cet hotel !!!!!! De plus,la ...carte bleue ne passant pas,il n'y avait aucun moyen de s'arranger, pas possible de faire un prélèvement alors que j'avais fournis toutes mes coordonnées bancaires. Situation très décevante après avoir fait 1200 km en voiture dans la journée ! nous sommes vraiment mécontents de cet établissement !
