The air didnt work, it was very hot in the hotel room, we had to have the window constantly opened to get air, even though it was winter! The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear EVERYTHING including what other couples are getting up to in their rooms, which was slightly un-pleasent to hear! As it was a holiday, and we enjoyed being able to sleep in, staff began vacuming too early in the morning, which woke us up!
