Die Größe des Apartments, nette Einweisung, sehr gute Lage.

Als ich in der Rezeption anrief sprach eine Dame äußerst unfreundlich, aggressiv und inkompetent mit mir und es gab keine Möglichkeit, früher in das Apartemnt zu gehen bzw. irgendwo das Gepäck reinzustellen. Ich habe am Vorabend noch eine E-mail geschickt mit Fragen zum Apartemnt und unserer Ankunftszeit. Ich bekam eine Antwort auf meine Fragen, jedoch keinerlei Hinweise auf die zeitlich beschränkte Check-in Zeit. Sehr schade!
