There are two wells situated at the entrance to the building, which were once used for tanning leather. The four stylish two-person studios and the duplex four-person apartment are accessed via a private lift. Guests may make use of the 24-hour check-in service (by arrangement) and W-LAN Internet access.
 Hotel Location:
The apartments are located in the Gothic Quarter in the small Calle Tiradors street (in Catalan, Carrer Tiradors), which begins in the Carrer Comerç, the centre of Barcelona. Many tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot from the hotel, including the Picasso Museum, Barcelona Cathedral (about 5 minuntes), Las Ramblas, the city centre, and the sandy beach Barceloneta (some 10 minutes away). The surrounding streets are home to a multitude of galleries, artists' studios, designer shops, and the textile museum. The airport is approximately 30 km away, with connections located 5 km from the hotel.
Room information:
The apartments combine modern and Oriental styles and all come with a shower and hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a double bed, and either a balcony or terrace. A microwave oven and tea and coffee making facilities are to be found in the kitchen. The heating and air conditioning are individually adjustable.
Additional information:
The nearest underground station, Arc de triomf, is located about 10 minutes from the apartments on foot. Guests should take the exit Av. Vilanova and walk along the Avenida Lluis Companys until the Carrer Comerç. The Carrer Tiradors is then on the right hand side. Guests arriving from Barcelona's Prat international airport can take a taxi or the train as far as Arc de triomf station. Those coming from Girona airport, situated about 90 km away, can take a bus. It is either a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride from Estació del nord.
Guests must phone at least 30 min prior arrival to arrange key pick up. Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00 (To check in between 24:00 and 8:00, please contact the property directly, extra charge of around 27 euro). Deposit: aprox. 100 Euro per apartment.
