Cook and Taste cooking workshops offer an exciting insight into traditional Spanish cooking methods and can be adapted to suit all needs and tastes.
Their “workshop” is located in the historical city, in the Gothic Quarter.
- As part of the experience you will visit the famous Boqueria market and have the opportunity to learn how to select the best ingredients for the dishes you will prepare (availability depends on the time of day of the course)
- Courses typically last 3.5 hours with prices starting at 65€ per person
- Courses can be adapted to suit all needs
- No previous knowledge is required

Course Details
- Half-day cooking class
This is a special course available for individuals and groups. In this class, you will learn how to prepare a complete Spanish meal. Menu will vary according to season and all menus can be adapted to suit specific needs upon request.Duration: 3.5 hours
Price per person:€65. Timetable for optional trips to La Boqueria to buy your ingredients:
Monday to Thursday morning sessions – please arrive at 09:45
Wednesday and Saturday afternoon sessions – please arrive at 15:45
Please note that there are no visits on Fridays and Sundays.

Cook and Taste can design specific courses and menus according to your needs, including any special dishes you wish you to learn how to prepare. Special company events can also be organised, perfect for team building sessions. Prices and availability upon request.

Yum! I love Paella!
All of my Spanish friends cook this wonderful dish for me and now it is about time I learn for myself! Unfortunately I won’t be back in Barcelona until middle of next year, I will have to keep you on my list of places to check out!
I have just come back from at a trip in South America and I went to a fantastic Spanish And Cuisine Course in both Buenos Aires, Argentina and Cusco, Peru. What an unforgettable experience! I recommend it to anyone! Now my Spanish is somewhat functional (ready to come to Barcelona but with a different accent!) Now I can say that I have some truly unique South American dishes to cook for my wonderful Spanish friends!
