Disconnect from the modern world. These ancient baths are the perfect rehab for your mind, body and soul. Aire de Barcelona invites you to set some time apart for yourself and reboot your mind, body and soul. With pools, steam baths, therapeutic showers and an in-house reflexologist.
Aire de Barcelona brings you one step closer to nirvana providing a tranquil space where you can alleviate stress, revitalize the skin and lose yourself in your thoughts.

Consisting of several chambers made up of the city’s ancient defensive walls, this bathhouse has 6 different Arabian baths and 4 pools with temperatures ranging from 16 degrees to 40 degrees. A feast for the senses, the scent of flowers and exotic spices permeate the air as you slip into the turquoise salt pools for an invigorating aromatherapy session that you will never forget.

For over eight centuries the Arabs controlled the Iberian Peninsula and brought with them the tradition of the Hamman, modelled on the roman baths. Now completely refurbished, these ancient baths in Barcelona once again provide the perfect space for a total disconnect from the modern world.

Services

· All services include the use of: the baths at different temperatures; 16C, 36C, 40C; the Hammam and Jacuzzi; the relaxation room with heated marble seating where you can enjoy a tea or water; and the Salt Bath located in the original ground floor structure.

· In addition, the wide range of massages and treatments are available from qualified masseuses and beauticians. Including:

Thermal bath + Aromatherapy + Podal massage

* This massage takes place in a bath of warm water and uses body and facial massage techniques.

** This ritual begins with an Argan foot exfoliation, followed by a gentle head and facial massage using Argan serum and jade stones, and a body massage using Argan oil. It ends with some delicious special tea.

*** This experience includes a Thermal Bath and Aromatherapy package, followed by a pearl exfoliation, a massage scented with orange blossom and a delicious mint tea  to complete your relaxation.
