There is a culture which exists in Spain which in Britain only receives minor attention in comparison. That is the culture of market shopping. And all around the city in Barcelona there are markets filled with locals doing their shopping.

It is regarded as one of the greatest stadiums in modern times, and rightfully so. It was completed in 1957 and since then has been the home of FC Barcelona.

On my first visit to Barcelona it was one of the essential things I had to see and experience. And first time around it was fascinating and eye opening to see so much happening on one strip of road.
