The building itself is located in Veinant Verneda in the village Cassa de la Selva and right in the heart of the amazing nature resort El Pein de les Gavarres. The location is ideal for people looking to expire nature and quietness during their holidays but still have the possibility to enter in the busteling life of the Costa Brava. The apartment is only 10km away from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava and about 12 km away from the ancient roman city Girona and about an hour driving away from the capital Barcelona. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed, 135x190cm, and 1 with a double bed and 2 single beds, 90x190cm), a nice and spacious living and dinning room, a terrace with chairs and tabel and access to the garden with swimming pool, grill and outdoor shower. Furthermore, it has an american kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, microwave,dishwasher, toaster, juicer, fridge, freezer and a bathroom with a shower unit. In the apartment you dispose of satellite TV, DVD, Wi Fi internet connection, central heating, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. On request the owner offers a baby cot free of charge during your stay. From the house you have a beautiful view of the valley, the river, and the mountain of the nature resort.
