Comfortable and simple apartment in a calm area, close to the port of Roses. The apartment is only 100 meters away from the beach and a shopping mall. There is one bedroom in the apartment with 2 single beds ( 180x80). In the living room is a double sofa bed ( 180x135).The kitchen disposes of a fridge, electric kitchen stove, oven, mikrowave, coffee machine as well as dishes. In the bathroom is a bathtub. In the apartment as well is a television, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board. To enjoy the sun the apartment has a little terace of 5 m2. Check in and Check out from June to September only on Saturdays and minimum stay of 7 days. From October to May the arrival day must be from Monday to Saturday minimum stay of two days.
The deposit must be paid upon arrival with credit card.

logement spacieux mais peu confortable (canapé sale et cassé bon pour la décharge) pas de lumière en état de fonctionnement peu de vaisselle (2 bols pour 4 - un seul saladier...) ménage douteux housses oreillers sales équipement électrique dangereux (fils dénudés de la hotte) tv espagnole seulement
