Apartment in L'Estartit with garden and shared swimming-pool only 150 to the beach in a quiet, familiar zone with numerous services. There is one bedroom in the apartment with two singlebeds (180x80) that can be put together easily. Further, there is a sofabed that fits two people in the living- and diningroom. The american kitchen is equipped with an electric kitchen stove, fridge with freezer and toaster. In the complete bathroom a bathtub can be found. The windows of the exterior apartment point at the street and the shared terrace. Air-condition is included in the price. The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table. There is an elevator in the building, a concierge service and a zone for shared use.
THE APARTMENT HAS LCD TELEVISION.
There you have a swimming-pool with a slide, a children's playground, and a kiosk with a bar. A supermarket and several restaurants are located in only 50m distance and the city centre is 500m away.
MINIUM STAY (FROM 14 of JULY TO 28 OF AUGUST) 7 NIGHTS. Arrival and departure days Saturdays.

In the building reception you will find various PC with internet conection installed for the guests for an extra Price of 2 € each 30 minutes.
Key collection:- from 17.00h and before 20.00h. Clients who arrive outside office hours, after 20.00h and before 04.00h will be charged 10.00 euros to collect their keys. This applies to arrivals between the date’s 11.06.11 and until 17.09.11. It is not possible to collect your keys after 20.00h outside of these dates.
To collect the keys, please go to the reception office “Apartments Sa Gavina”, located in the street Arquitecto Gaudi nº1, only 2 blocks away from your apartment.

Tanto mi pareja como yo nos llevamos una grata sorpresa con la relación calidad/precio de los apartamentos. El que no existan persianas en las ventanas no fué problema ya que las cortinas son bastante tupidas. El único pero, por decir algo, son los colchones/somieres, aunque tampoco se puede esperar un látex por ese precio. Ropa de cama (sábanas y mantas) limpias y suficientes. Equipamiento el descrito en la web y en perfecto estado. Piscina limpia, con tumbonas de sobra, el mar a menos de 150 metros. Muy recomendable.

8 sur 10 Très bon service global, bonne description sur le web. Penser à prise électrique compatible avec cafetière sur le plan de travail de la cuisine .Petite poubelle dans salle de bain serait la bienvenue .

L'appartement que nous avions loué était extrèmement bruyant (au-dessus d'un pub à karaoke). En insistant aupres du propriétaire, il a fini par nous en trouver un dans un autre immeuble plus calme. Mais: matelas peu confortables, et plaque de cuisson beaucoup trop lente.
