Apartment in L'Estartit with garden and shared swimming-pool 300m to the beach in a quiet, familiar zone with numerous services. There are two bedrooms in the apartment with two singlebeds (180x80) that can be put together easily. Further, there is a sofabed that fits two people in the living- and diningroom. The american kitchen is equipped with an electric kitchen stove, fridge with freezer and toaster. In the complete bathroom a bathtub can be found. The windows of the exterior apartment point at the street and the shared terrace.
THE APARTMENT HAS LCD TELEVISION.
The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table. There is an elevator in the building, a concierge service and a zone for shared use. There you have a swimming-pool with a slide, a children's playground. A supermarket and several restaurants are located in only 50m distance and the city centre is 700m away.
Key collection:- from 17.00h and before 20.00h. MINIUM STAY (FROM 14 of JULY TO 28 OF AUGUST). Arrival and departure days Saturdays.

In the building reception you will find various PC with internet conection installed for the guests for an extra Price of 2 € each 30 minutes.
You will also find a WIFI coverage in all the apartments and in all the pool enclosure for an extra cost of 8 € for day
Clients who arrive outside office hours, after 20.00h and before 04.00h will be charged 10.00 euros to collect their keys. This applies to arrivals between the date’s 11.06.11 and until 17.09.11. It is not possible to collect your keys after 20.00h outside of these dates.

Vis à vis important sur la terrasse (pas de protections latérales contrairement aux autres appartements) Balon d'eau chaude insuffisant pour 4!! (2 douches max sans vaisselle) Fermeture porte d'entrée défectueuse Mauvaise isolation phonique Chambres correctes, mais ne pas prévoir d'y aller en haute saison à moins d'aimer la promiscuité et le bruit. Pr un séjour en Mai ça reste acceptable.

7/10 Logement correct, sauf ballon eau chaude trop petit pour une famille et trop de bruit la nuit (voitures, personnes sans gêne). Piscine très bien. Plage super. De très belles ballades pédestres au départ de l'Estartit avec des paysages grandioses..
