Built in 1984 and renovated in 2003, this complex comprises 300 apartments spread over a 3-storey building as well as an approximately 2,000 m² garden. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a café, a small supermarket and various other shops. It also offers a cosy bar, a hairdressing salon, a games room, a TV lounge and a restaurant with a non-smoking area. Hotel guests may also take advantage of the WLAN Internet access as well as the medical services and there is a housekeeping/cleaning service for the rooms. It is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises and younger guests may take advantage of the kids' club and the children's playground. Those arriving by car may use the hotel car park.

This complex is situated in the tourist centre, close to the sandy beach (approx. 150 m away). Scores of shops, lively bars, nightclubs, restaurants and links to the public transport network are to be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity. Empuriabrava is situated in the north of the Costa Brava, around 40 km from the French border and 160 km from Barcelona. Girona Airport is 60 km away and it is 160 km to Barcelona Airport.
Room information:
The simply furnished apartments have a living/sleeping room and 1-3 separate bedrooms as well as an en suite bathroom. In addition, each is fitted with a kitchenette, a fridge and an electric heating unit.

Empuriabrava Aero club (42° 15' Latitude N / 3° 6' Longitude E)is nearby. Guests arriving by train should take the Barcelona-PortBou train to Figueres station (around 15 km from Empuriabrava). There is a bus every hour from Figueres to Empuriabrava. Those coming by boat should head for Empuriabrava Marina (42° 14' Latitude N / 3° 8' Longitude E). Guests coming by car should take the A7 motorway, which connects with the French motorways, and use exit 4, following signs for Figueres-Rosas. Continue towards Rosas and take the local road 2, exiting at Figueres and driving towards Rosas.
The reception is open 24 hours a day from 1st April to the 1st October. The rest of the year it is open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm.
