DESCRIPTION
This property is one of L'Estartit's finest complexes with 150 apartments, and a communal garden. Further facilities include a hotel safe, moneychanger and lift service. Covered parking as well as room service is available for a fee.

Hotel Location:
This establishment is situated only 500 metres from the broad, sandy beach in the delightful village of L'Estartit, originally a fishing village that has become one of the Costa Brava's most important holiday resorts. It has 5 km of fine sandy beach on which guests can sunbathe and admire the Medas Islands off the shore. It is very close to shops, a supermarket and other services. Girona Airport is around 40 km away and Barcelona is 150 km away.

Room information:
The apartments sleep either 4/5 or 6/7 people and comprise 2/3 twin bedrooms, dining-living room with sofa-bed, open-plan kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace. Rooms also have TV, fridge, oven, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a safety deposit box.

Additional information:
Check-in is from 17.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Saturday and from 9.00 to 13.00 Sunday and holidays in CEIGRUP TORRENT, Avenida de Grecia 20-26, Estartit. Check-out is before 10.00. A refundable deposit of around EUR 200 in cash must be paid at check-in. The prices include the normal consumptions of electricity, water and butane gas (if gas is supplied to the apartment). Bed linen is included and there is a weekly sheet change. All extras are payable directly on site. The TV and the cots have a cost of around EUR 40 a week, pets are allowed at a cost of around EUR 60 at week and the air conditioning also has a cost of EUR 60 at week.
