The complex comprises 2 buildings, both on the seafront, with direct access, via a flight of steps, to the beach. There is a total of 100 apartments available, and facilities on offer include a currency exchange facility, lift access and a small supermarket. Cleaning of the accommodation units before guests' arrival and water and electricity costs are included in the price. Guests can also hire a parking space behind the hotel complex.
 Hotel Location:
The apartments, located directly by the sea, are within 500 m of the city centre, where guests will discover a considerable number of shopping amenities, banks, chemists, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Reus Airport is approximately 30 km away and Barcelona airport is 120 km from the hotel.
Room information:
The apartments for 4 to 6 people each come with 2 double bedrooms, a fully-fitted en suite bathroom with shower, an individual kitchen, a living/ dining room with a sofa bed to sleep up to 2 people, and a furnished balcony. The apartments for 6 to 8 people have 3 double bedrooms, a living/ dining room with sofa bed to sleep 2 people, a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, an individual kitchen and a furnished balcony.
Additional information:
The Reception is not open 24 hours a day. A returnable deposit, per person, is required on the arrival. Is necessary to call in advance so as to arrange how to pick up the keys in Margarita building, 33 Paseo Mediterráneo. Tl: 977 81 14 58.
