 Hotel Location:
The hotel, which was built in 2003, is situated in the second row away from the seafront, on the Mediterráneo Promenade, just around 50 m from the beach and Estany Gelat. The centre of Miami Playa is just around 500 m from the hotel, providing visitors with a wide range of shopping amenities, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and banks. There are public telephones, a bar-restaurant and a supermarket all in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Room information:
There are two categories of room: 4/6 people: equipped with 2 double rooms, a dining/living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a TV, 2 fully-fitted bathrooms with showers, a separate kitchen with an electric cooker and a vitroceramic stove-top and an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a large terrace with patio furniture. 6/8 people: The same furnishings as for 4/6 people with an additional double room. Cleaning before arrival, as well as water and electricity are included in the price.
Additional information:
The Reception is not open 24 hours a day. A returnable deposit, per adult, is required on the arrival. Is necessary to call in advance so as to arrange how to pick up the keys in Margarita building, 33 Paseo Mediterráneo. Tl: 977 81 14 58.
