Oh-Barcelona.com guarantees you the lowest prices for all the apartments and hotels in Barcelona advertised on its pages.
In addition to our commitment to provide you with a high quality service, book with us and be sure you have the lowest price available at that time for your chosen accommodation. If contrary to our expectations you find a lower price for the same property in Barcelona with the same booking conditions we will refund you more than the balance!
So how does it work? When you book your accommodation through our page www.oh-barcelona.com, whether it is a hotel or an apartment in Barcelona, we guarantee that you have booked it at the lowest price possible. If you should find the same accommodation in Barcelona with the same room and board types offered at a lower price within 24 hours of completing your reservation, we will refund you the difference between the two prices plus one Euro.
To obtain your refund just send us the details of the lower price that you have found. Please include the details of the property, the dates of the reservation, a link to the site where you found the price and full details of the room and board type. Within 5 working days we will contact you with details of our investigation of the price difference and where applicable, details of the the refund due.
For reservations in one of our apartments in Barcelona, the balance will be deducted from the remaining rental price due to be paid on arrival at the apartment. For hotel reservations the balance will be refunded within 10 working days of receipt of a confirmation by the hotel of the completion of your stay.
