This family friendly bungalow complex was completely renovated in the year 2004 and comprises 3 buildings with 40 apartments and 30 studios. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, and currency exchange desk. The complex also features a games room, a TV room, a nightclub, a public Internet terminal and a bicycle hire facility. The special features of the complex include an air-conditioned restaurant (with highchairs), a café and a cosy bar. Room, laundry and medical services are further features that can be taken advantage of by guests. For younger guests there is a kids' club and a children's playground. Parking spaces are available outside the hotel.

This charming hotel offers a stunning location in Santa Eulalia del Río. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues are all located in the neighbourhood. A stop for public transport is located directly in front of the hotel. The sandy beach is around 800 m away, the town centre is 12 km away and Ibiza's airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.

The apartments and studios are modern and tastefully decorated. They comprise an en suite bathroom with a shower and a combined living room/ bedroom. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, central heating and air conditioning. Each room also features a terrace, a kitchenette with a fridge and a cosy double bed. The apartments additionally include a separate bedroom.
