Recently renovated, the complex comprises a total of 33 apartments and 18 studios, in addition to a garden and terrace. Amongst the facilities count a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a café, a bar, a pub, and bicycle hire. Reception and meals are offered in Hotel San Remo, located next door.

Hotel Location:
This apartment complex is located on a main road, only about 100 m from the sands of S'Estanyol beach and the ferry into town. The centre of San Antiono lies around 2 km from the hotel, while restaurants, bars, a bus stop, and shops are all located in the surrounding area.

Room information:
The spacious studios and apartments have one or two bedrooms, and were refurbished in the year 2000. All come with a kitchenette with a microwave oven, toaster, and kettle. In addition, an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a small fridge, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, and either a balcony or terrace are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
