Recently constructed house with a garden, fruit trees, swimming pool, grass, furnished terraces and a barbeque (no views). The house is very spacious, comfortable and light. It has privacy and a calm environment. Situated in Argrave, a few kilometres from beautiful beaches. The house is comprised of three bedrooms; one with a double bed (1.50x2m) and two with single beds. The two bathrooms have bathtubs. The kitchen is completely equipped with: washing machine, blender, electric coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, grill, utensils, etc. There is also Hi Fi, Satellite TV, chimney, air conditioning/heating units (paid extra: 0.18 € per km/hour), sheets, towels, water, radiators, electricity, food-pack, etc.
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.

| Arta is located in the north east of Majorca and about 60km away from Palma de Majorca. The area is formed by a beautiful mountain chain, the mountains of Artana, which is also the highest peak in the mountains of Levante. The coast of Arta is known for its beautiful and pure nature and you should not miss to visit the dunes o Sa Canova, La Colonia di Sant Pere, las rocas de Ferrutx and all the little bays with empty beaches. The city of Arta is situated on the foot of a hill and surrounded by citywalls and has a gotic church and a charming old centre. In Arta the traditional fiestas like the fiesta de Sant Antoni still take place in the original way. Interesting spots are Talayot de Sa Canova, the regional museum of Arta, the eremitage of Betlem, the Franciscan order of Sant Antoni de Padua, and many more |
