Marvellous house for 12 people with equestrian inspiration in the careful details and wonderful decoration. The house is distributed in two floors. Comprised of: six bedrooms, five with an on-suite bathroom; ample living room and an equipped kitchen: electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. The porch provides an additional exterior kitchen with a sink, cooker and refrigerator. There is a dining table for 12 people and an additional table for eight people.
The living room includes a chimney, satellite TV and DSL. There are four bathrooms – one with handicap access. The master bedroom on the upper floor has two bathrooms, each with bathtub, shower and hand basin open to the bedrooms. The toilets are enclosed.
There are six air conditioning/heating units and a private round swimming pool of 36m² with child protection. The garden is 2000m² with fruit trees, grass, farm animals and terraces with spectacular views of the Tramuntana Mountains.
NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. |

Pollença is situated about 56 Km from Palma de Majorca, in the north of Majorca. The city of Pollenca itself is placed in the interior and is the second biggest city within the municipality. Originally Pollença was a fishermen's village, now turned into one of the principal tourist destinations, and an ideal place for people travelling with kids. Pollensa is a perfect spot to practice all kinds of nautical sports.
The mountains which surround Pollensa offer of a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea and the charming port of the village. The landscape is rich in contrasts, led by Tramontana's Saw, Formentor's peninsula and Pollensa's majestic Bay.
We suggest to visit: Pollença's museum, the Gothic Tower of the gardens Joan March surrounded with autochthonous plants of Majorca, the Roman Bridge, historical artistic monument.
In Pollença there are different beaches,the most famous are: Albercutx, closest to the port,
Formentor, accessible beach from the road or by means of ship, going out of Pollença's port,Cala Murta and Cala Figuera, two small and isolated beaches, placed in Formentor's Peninsula, Cala Boquer,a beach placed at the end of a famous and beautiful walk across Boquer's valley, Cala San Vicente, calm famous place for its four attractive beaches, Cala Estremer and Cala Castell, only accessible by ship or walking. |
