Beautiful, rustic and functional house of solid construction with furnished terraces covered with glass. Garden with turf and fruit trees, surrounded by Cypresses. The well maintained gardens with the mountainous landscape provide the perfect atmosphere for peace and reflection. There is an ample swimming pool, and it is located in very calm surroundings with a nice view of the countryside. Ample, comfortable and luminous, allowing guests to have privacy and a calm atmosphere. The house has two sections; one has 180m² and the other has 80m². Both the living quarters are furnished. The kitchen in the first apartment is fully equipped: refrigerator/freezer, oven, electric coffee maker, blender, vacuum, dish washer, microwave, toaster, etc. There are a total of 5 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a single bed, two bedrooms with two single beds and two bedrooms with two double beds (one with 1.50x2m and the other with 1.80x2m). The house has four bathrooms, air conditioning and central heating. The house is surrounded by forest, a protected park; therefore it is prohibited to make fires. NOTE: For reservations realized more than 45 days before the arrival to the apartment, the owner requires a 50% deposit by bank transfer within 7 days after making the reservation. The remaining 50% should be paid through bank transfer up to 45 days before the arrival. At check-in only the deposit is paid and it will be returned at check-out. For reservations made within less than 45 days before the arrival to the apartment; 100% of the rent shall be paid to the proprietor by bank transfer within 7 days after realizing the reservation. At check-in only the deposit is paid and it will be returned at check-out.

| Arta is located in the north east of Majorca and about 60km away from Palma de Majorca. The area is formed by a beautiful mountain chain, the mountains of Artana, which is also the highest peak in the mountains of Levante. The coast of Arta is known for its beautiful and pure nature and you should not miss to visit the dunes o Sa Canova, La Colonia di Sant Pere, las rocas de Ferrutx and all the little bays with empty beaches. The city of Arta is situated on the foot of a hill and surrounded by citywalls and has a gotic church and a charming old centre. In Arta the traditional fiestas like the fiesta de Sant Antoni still take place in the original way. Interesting spots are Talayot de Sa Canova, the regional museum of Arta, the eremitage of Betlem, the Franciscan order of Sant Antoni de Padua, and many more |
