Description
Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, TV, SAT, DVD CD. The accommodation includes: sheets, towels, water, electricity, food-pack, air conditioning/heating, chimney, safe box, hydro-massage bathtub, furnished terraces and parches, barbeque, garden, etc.

NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Extra:
Please, notify to the owner your arrival time at least one week in advance.
30€/week for a coat to be paid to the owner
60€/week for the extra bed to be paid to the owner

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits. • More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made
Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made
