Description
Recently constructed family home situated in the urbanization of Sa Marina, a few meters from the sea in a residential area, popular for summer holidays. There is a lagoon and countryside surrounding the urbanization. The rock and sand beaches are characterized by the constant sea breeze. Situated 50 meters from the sea. The new house includes spacious and comfortable rooms and everything is well equipped. The house has a swimming pool beside the sea and the bay of Pollensa. There are four bedrooms, two with single beds, two double beds (1.35x1.90m and 1.50x1.90m). The kitchen is fully equipped: electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. There is central heating and air conditioning, chimney, satellite TV, CD and DVD player. There is a furnished terrace with a private swimming pool, deck chairs, etc. Only available from May to October.

NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.

Please, notify to the owner your arrival time at least one week in advance

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits. • More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made
Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made
