Rustic style house in Can Guixe for 8 persons/ 210 m2

This rustic style house is comprised of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms and two master bedrooms, all very ample and simply decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable surrounding. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for daily meals. The swimming pool provides guests with the possibility to relax and enjoy the views towards the sea, country and mountains.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.   Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.

• More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made
