Description
Charming, practical and renovated house. Situated on a street inside the walls, guaranteeing tranquillity and easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Located only one kilometre from the serene beaches of Pollensa Bay, perfect to taste the tranquil life in the Northern part of the island. Comprised of two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and three bathrooms, one of them on suite. The kitchen is completely equipped with a electric coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, etc. The terrace of 4m² is furnished and has views of the town. The house is not recommended for children under the age of 12.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.

Please, notify to the owner your arrival time at least one week in advance.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.

• More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made
