Description
Luxurious property in the exclusive town of Bonaire, in the highest part of town (the sky of Bonaire), with beautiful views of the Pollensa Bay. Situated a few meters from the Aucanada Golf course and minutes from Alcudia and Pollensa Port. The house is completely carpeted, with high quality furniture and excellent decoration. The house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc. Includes: air conditioning, central heating, chimney, CD, SAT TV, sheets, towels, water and electricity. The property also includes a swimming pool, porch with barbeque and views of the gardens, sea and mountains. Animals are not accepted.

NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Extra:

Please, notify to the owner your arrival time at least one week in advance.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.

• More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made
