New stone house in a very tranquil rural area outside of Argrave, with marvellous views of the sanctuary. A few short kilometres from the beautiful beaches and coves and only 1,5 km from Argrave. Situated in the extreme North-East of Mallorca, 60 km from the city of Palma. Surrounded by nature. There is a 1000m² garden elaborated with fruit trees, grass, incredible views and a private swimming pool.
The house has spacious and light rooms. Stylishly furnished with quality materials. Comprised of: satellite TV, chimney, electric radiators, toaster, grill, kitchen utensils, furnished terraces, etc.
There are three bedroom, all with two single beds. Possibility to add an extra bed. Please consult about domestic animals.
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. |

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits. • More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made
Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made |

| Arta is located in the north east of Majorca and about 60km away from Palma de Majorca. The area is formed by a beautiful mountain chain, the mountains of Artana, which is also the highest peak in the mountains of Levante. The coast of Arta is known for its beautiful and pure nature and you should not miss to visit the dunes o Sa Canova, La Colonia di Sant Pere, las rocas de Ferrutx and all the little bays with empty beaches. The city of Arta is situated on the foot of a hill and surrounded by citywalls and has a gotic church and a charming old centre. In Arta the traditional fiestas like the fiesta de Sant Antoni still take place in the original way. Interesting spots are Talayot de Sa Canova, the regional museum of Arta, the eremitage of Betlem, the Franciscan order of Sant Antoni de Padua, and many more |
