Description

This house was constructed in 2006 and includes three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. This house is completely equipped and the distribution is very comfortable. It includes: air conditioning (cold/hot) in the living room and corridor, firewood stove, SAT, DVD and a Compact Disc player for entertainment. Outdoors, there is a swimming pool, with protection for children and a fabulous barbecue to enjoy the warm days. This house is small but cosy, guaranteeing the satisfaction of our guests.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
