Description
Rustic restored house of 120m² in a building with clear views and a very tranquil locations with garden, fruit trees, grass, furnished terraces and wonderful views. The swimming pool and garden are well cared for. Situated only 3 km from Manacor and 12 km from the beach.
Comprised of: four bedrooms with two single beds and two double beds; two bathrooms plus a guest WC and a living – dining room. Includes: Hi Fi, Satellite TV, chimney, barbeque, petaca, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, blender, electric coffee maker, toaster, grill, utensils, etc.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.

Please, notify to the owner your arrival time at least one week in advance.
