This is an enchanting villa surrounded by lovely mature gardens with trees and an abundance of flowers. It is located at only a short drive from both Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa . The beautiful, wide, sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is within easy driving distance, three kilometres from the villa.
Inside the comfortably furnished lounge/dining room is dominated by an open fireplace surrounded by two sofas, making it a relaxing area to sit and chat. The living room incorporates a dining table and has patio doors leading onto the covered terrace. The separate kitchen is very well equipped for a self-catering holiday and again is very rustic in style and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave and a small breakfast table. The utility room is to be found off from the kitchen and houses a washing machine.
An inner hall leads to the two bedrooms, one twin and one double and these separated by a full bathroom. Stairs lead to the second twin bedded room with patio doors leading out onto an upstairs terrace.
The villa has lovely terraces with wooden beam ceiling and several seating areas, one facing out across the property. A sheltered barbecue area with a typical Mallorquine oven adds the finishing touch to the outside accommodation and makes an idyllic venue for al fresco dining in the long, warm hours in this wonderful climate
The 9 metre private pool is set among spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the front of the property. There is also a pool side bathroom with shower, ideal for daytime use and finally a table tennis for your added enjoyment. |

Pollença is situated about 56 Km from Palma de Majorca, in the north of Majorca. The city of Pollenca itself is placed in the interior and is the second biggest city within the municipality. Originally Pollença was a fishermen's village, now turned into one of the principal tourist destinations, and an ideal place for people travelling with kids. Pollensa is a perfect spot to practice all kinds of nautical sports.
The mountains which surround Pollensa offer of a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea and the charming port of the village. The landscape is rich in contrasts, led by Tramontana's Saw, Formentor's peninsula and Pollensa's majestic Bay.
We suggest to visit: Pollença's museum, the Gothic Tower of the gardens Joan March surrounded with autochthonous plants of Majorca, the Roman Bridge, historical artistic monument.
In Pollença there are different beaches,the most famous are: Albercutx, closest to the port,
Formentor, accessible beach from the road or by means of ship, going out of Pollença's port,Cala Murta and Cala Figuera, two small and isolated beaches, placed in Formentor's Peninsula, Cala Boquer,a beach placed at the end of a famous and beautiful walk across Boquer's valley, Cala San Vicente, calm famous place for its four attractive beaches, Cala Estremer and Cala Castell, only accessible by ship or walking. |

In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
