An excellent villa in a peaceful, residential area and in easy walking distance of the rustic and fascinating old town of Pollensa . The shops and restaurants to suit all tastes are all within a 5 minute walk away, so this lovely holiday home is ideal for families who do not wish to necessarily hire a car.
This single storey villa has been comfortably, traditionally furnished, and enjoys an idyllic location for a memorable holiday in Mallorca .
There is a large living room with an open fireplace and dining area. Off from the living area a hall leads out to the extensive terrace which is shaded by wooden beams. The villa benefits from having satellite TV which allows clients to enjoy several English and German channels. The well equipped kitchen provides all the facilities for a self catering holiday. Villa Can Sureda has four attractive bedrooms one double, two twins and a single room) and two full bathrooms service these rooms.
Outside, the beautiful 10x5 meter pool, patio furniture and a barbeque make it the perfect place for days and long evenings of al-fresco, dining and relaxation while enjoying the superb views and sublime Mallorquín climate. Finally there is a lovely roof terrace, which is reached by steps to the rear of the house, an ideal venue for private sunbathing. |

Pollença is situated about 56 Km from Palma de Majorca, in the north of Majorca. The city of Pollenca itself is placed in the interior and is the second biggest city within the municipality. Originally Pollença was a fishermen's village, now turned into one of the principal tourist destinations, and an ideal place for people travelling with kids. Pollensa is a perfect spot to practice all kinds of nautical sports.
The mountains which surround Pollensa offer of a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea and the charming port of the village. The landscape is rich in contrasts, led by Tramontana's Saw, Formentor's peninsula and Pollensa's majestic Bay.
We suggest to visit: Pollença's museum, the Gothic Tower of the gardens Joan March surrounded with autochthonous plants of Majorca, the Roman Bridge, historical artistic monument.
In Pollença there are different beaches,the most famous are: Albercutx, closest to the port,
Formentor, accessible beach from the road or by means of ship, going out of Pollença's port,Cala Murta and Cala Figuera, two small and isolated beaches, placed in Formentor's Peninsula, Cala Boquer,a beach placed at the end of a famous and beautiful walk across Boquer's valley, Cala San Vicente, calm famous place for its four attractive beaches, Cala Estremer and Cala Castell, only accessible by ship or walking. |
