Majorcan house for 9 people. The house has been renovated with rustic character, in stone with a current Majorcan style. Situated on a property of 15.000 m² in a very quiet area. The house has a large furnished porch and terraces as well as a swimming pool with absolute privacy. Located in a natural area with a garden, fruit trees and terraces with tables and chairs. The house is comprised of: four bedrooms - three with double beds and one with two single beds; two bathrooms (one with shower adapted for handicap access and two with hydro-massage bathtubs). The house is fully equipped, including: satellite TV, chimney, barbeque, heating, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, complete kitchen, furnished terraces, etc. Please consult about domestic animals.
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.

Santa Margalida is about 53km east from the capital Palma de Majorca. It is a gorgeous small village that is especially popular with agrotourism. The closest bigger village to Santa Margalida is Can Picafort that you definitely have to visit. Can picafort is a located at the bay of Alcudia one of the most preferred holiday destination in the north east of Majorca. This is due to the 17 km of long sandy beaches alongside a wide variety of hotels offer there facilities. The area is spoiled with a beautiful nature. There are woods, the nature park and the beautiful bay. Despite the increasing hotel industry you will still experience an autentic atmosphere in Can Picafort which is known as a little fishing village. New hotels are build with respect to the area. The old town of Can Picafort is formed by small little houses with big terrasses facing the sea. The beach seems endless and a walk alongside the sea is well recommended. Also go and visit the Capa Farrutx one of the most beautiful location on Majorca. The access by car will be difficult but you can explore pure nature by foot or boat. |
