This large house is located in the beautiful Sierra Tramontana mountains, between the towns of Selva and Caimari, which can both be seen from the two terraces. The surroundings are absolutely natural, filled with quietness and peace. Please consult the owners about pets. The house is not handicap equipped. The house is apt for children. The mountains and the green environment may be enjoyed from the comfortable, furnished terraces. The house includes a swimming pool, solarium, furnished terraces and a garden with 200m² of fruit trees. Privacy and intimacy are absolutely guaranteed.

With four bedrooms, one supplementary living room or reading room, the capacity for the house is nine people. There are three complete bathrooms, one is on-suite.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc. Furthermore, there is CD, satellite TV, barbeque, etc.
There is a central heating system, which is an excellent option during the colder months.

For reservations made with less than 45 days before the arrival, 100% of the rent shall be paid through bank transfer within 7 days after realizing the reservation. Upon arrival to the apartment, only the deposit/guarantee is paid to the owner and then returned to the guest at check-out.
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer
- The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.
• More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made
Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made |
