Newly constructed house of first quality with Majorcan style. The house has 220m² plus porches and several terraces. There are 3 bedrooms plus an attic that contains a bed for two people. The rooms are distributed in two master bedrooms and one with double beds. Next to this, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and hydro-massage shower.
Next to the terraces and porches, there is a swimming pool with a waterfall, barbecue, firewood furnace and swings for children. This house is without a doubt the ideal place to spend an unforgettable family holiday.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
