Description
Typical renovated Majorcan house of three floors in the town of Valldemossa. The house contains five bedrooms; three are master bedrooms and one is a double with beds for 4 children. There are four bathrooms altogether, which provides each guest with space and privacy. There are views of the mountain and field and there is a swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is an ideal atmosphere for a stress relieving holiday.

NOTE: Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 50% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (50% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.   Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy applies to all amounts paid and/or confirmed by the client up until the date of cancellation including pre or partial payments/deposits.

• More than 90 days before arrival: Charge of 0% of payments made Between 46 and 90 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 30% of payments made
• Between 31 and 45 days inclusive before arrival: Charge of 50% of payments made
• Less than 30 days before arrival: Charge of 100% of payments made

Location
Valldemossa is a municipality of the island of Majorca, about 17 kilometres of Palma. Valldemossa's surroundings are very nice and characterized by almond-trees and olive trees. In Valldemossa you can wander around narrow streets that still preserve the traditional captivation. Undoubtedly it is necessary to visit the Valldemossa's Carthusian, a wonderful construction that offered residence once to Chopin and George Sand. Valldemossa has always been a favorite destination of many famous personalities.
