Renovated in 2003, the air-conditioned hotel with a garden and a terrace is a part of the Cala Gran Costa del Sur complex, and guests may take advantage of the offerings across the entire complex. The hotel comprises a total of 45 apartments and 33 studios spread over three floors. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk open around the clock (in the Cala Gran building), a hotel safe, a bar, and a restaurant with highchairs available for children (in the Costa del Sur building). In addition, guests are able to take advantage of the dining room, the public Internet connection, the laundry service, the medical assistance, and the bicycle hire (charges apply) and storage room. Younger visitors may let off steam in the kids' club or the playground.

This apartment hotel is located in the centre of Cala d'Or, only about 100 m to the beach of Cala Gran. The centre of Cala d'Or features countless shops, bars, restaurants, and further entertainment venues, and lies about 300 m from the hotel.

The 22 m² studios feature a kitchenette, two beds, and a dining table. The apartments (35 m²) are fitted with two beds, a kitchenette, and a living room with a sofa bed. In addition, air conditioning, central heating, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
