This complex was built in 1965, completely renovated in 1999 and offers a total of 360 rooms, of which 320 are doubles and 40 are apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. Additional facilities include a games room, a TV room, a nightclub, a newspaper stand, a shop, a supermarket, hairdressers, a café, a cosy bar, a hairdresser and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (children's highchairs available on request). In-house Internet access with WLAN (for an additional fee) and bicycle hire are also included in the services available. In addition, room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is also a doctor on call. Moreover, the hotel offers a car park as well as a kids' club and a children's play area.

This holiday complex has an ideal location with a stunning panoramic view over the steep coastline of Cablo Blanco. Every single lodging in the complex is between just 50 to 300 metres from the sea. Guests will find a bathing area nearby, which is easily reached by descending a flight of stairs and El Arenal, with its wonderful sandy beach as well as plenty of shopping and entertainment venues, is only 11 km away. There are regular local bus links nearby, enabling easy access to other areas.
