The hotel was built in 1964, renovated in 2001 and consists of two 7-storey buildings with a total of 288 rooms, of which 24 are singles and 109 are doubles. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk. In addition, the hotel contains lifts, a café, a bar and a TV room.
