      • The details of each apartment are clearly displayed, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The website was easy to use so it was easy to book my chosen apartment and I received emails leading up to my holiday, keeping me up to date and informing me of places of interest to visit along with money saving vouchers.

      • Keeping me informed with regular emails, however not all info was accurate. The info on the apartment said towels were not supplied (they were) and I was told to bring euros 200 for damage deposit which was not required.

      • Not a lot of follow up on when the reservation was made. I was not sure if it really was booked, and would have liked a confirmation email a few days before arriving just to confirm i have the information of who to contact. When you are traveling you often do not have the email chain if it is in your computer at home.

      • Because Oh organization was very serious and very attentive to customers.Unfortunately this summer many groups of young italian people have paid well known organizations but when they arrived in Barcelona the house did not exist.My group of guys instead found a great apartment with Oh that's why I would recommend it
