everything was great, except that I was told that I had to pay balance on arrival but received an e-mail from the owners telling me I had to pay full amount before they would tell me how to get the keys. but not a problem in the end

Oh was responsive to my concerns that I hadn't heard from our apartment owner and offered solutions in the event the owner was not able to accommodate a request. Ultimately, the owner was extremely accommodating, but we also appreciate oh's willingness to engage
