Not a lot of follow up on when the reservation was made. I was not sure if it really was booked, and would have liked a confirmation email a few days before arriving just to confirm i have the information of who to contact. When you are traveling you often do not have the email chain if it is in your computer at home.

Please note that once a booking is confirmed we send clients a confirmation email with the exact address of the apartment and the owners contact details.
Also, in case you require further assistance, our Customer Service department is available every day of the year from 11h to 20h.
