      • Your operation is dodgy. The contact person did not reply to our e-mails for over a month. Then she told us that they were changing their agency's e-mail address. We called the contact listed in your rental confirmation from Portugal and he knew nothing about our arrival. Then just before we arrived we got a frantic e-mail from the woman we had been having trouble contacting telling us that she would check us in instead of the contact you sent us. Fortunately we have European sims and e-mail, not everybody coming form the US does. Your policy of requiring the entire rent in cash upon arrival is an illegal tax dodge that meant we had to acquire and carry thousands of Euros around Barcelona, very dangerous. You take a big commission and provide very bad service. Very unprofessional. Shame!!!

        We reiterate our complete availability before, during and after the stay for any assistance you need regarding contact with the person in charge of organising the check-in and arrival. For your information, we have listed on our website that for your booked apartment the form of payment allows you to pay the entire amount in advance or using a credit card on arrival. From our Customer Service Department we would be happy to assist you in finding the apartment that best suits your requirements, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
        Our offices are open 365 days per year, from 11.00am until 8.00pm (CEST).
