Die Wohnung liegt inmitten des Barri Gothic und da die Zimmer zur Straße liegen sind sie entsprechend laut - in Barcelona tobt selbst im Herbst noch das Leben bis morgens um 4.oo Uhr. Sehr nette Kontaktperson. Kerstin

wie beschrieben war die Unterkunft superzentral - aber damit auch die gesamte Nacht superlaut- die Zimmer klein, aber sauber( Ausgewiesen für 4 Personen, das erscheint uns zu viel für die Größe, kamen zu zweit darin aber gut klar), Bad sehr sauber, Vermieter nett, ein kleines Manko: Zimmer selbst konnten nicht abgeschlossen werden, was uns etwas gestört hat, da man alle Wertsachen damit mitschleppen musste, sonst alles bestens

Appartement super bien situé, à recommander si vous n'avez pas d'enfants. Par contre, la personne de contact n'a pas été à la heuteur. Premièrement, elle n'est pas arrivée à l'heure le jour de notre arrivée, comme convenu (nous étions avec 2 enfants, et ne s'est même pas excusé. Deuxièmement, pour réglé le problème de la facturation, elle m'a dit qu'elle serait présente toute la matinée, mais à 10h00 du matin, elle n'était plus là...comme elle se contredisait, j'ai du appeler moi-même vos service pour régler la situation. Au niveau de l'attitude, rien à dire, elle était polie, gentille.

L'alloggio è centralissimo e la camera adatta per 1/2 persone. Puntuale la presenza della persona di contatto agli appuntamenti stabiliti per l'arrivo e la partenza. La stanza da bagno pulita. Ho trovato utile il suggerimento letto in uno dei commenti di utilizzare i tappi di cera Ohropax per evitare che il rumore proveniente dall'esterno mi impedisse di dormire. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Die Zimmer sind nicht zwar nicht ganz so leise, jedoch macht die gute Lage einiges wider gut. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Die Lage war superzentral, eine Minute zu Fuß zur Rambla. Der Lärmpegel allerdings war erwartungsgemäß hoch. Das Zimmer war zwar zur Nebenstr. und nicht direkt zu dem Placa Reial raus, aber halt recht laut - also Oropax nicht vergessen. Die Vermieterin ist uns sehr entgegengekommen: Eine Person hat Geld für eine Nacht wiederbekommen, da sie früher fahren musste. Die anderen beiden konnten das Zimmer ohne Aufschlag erst abends um 18 Uhr statt um 11 Uhr morgens verlassen. Sehr empfehelenswert!

Ein besseres Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis wird man in Barcelona wohl kaum finden. Wem es also in erster Linie um die Stadt geht und nicht um Luxus; dem sei diese Unterkunft empfohlen. Einen Dank an die nette Vermieterin.

Die Wohnung ist einfach genial, zentral gelegen und wir haben den urigen Altstadtcharme genossen. Die Kontaktperson, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Leider ist der Aufenthaltsraum der Unterkunft in kalter Jahreszeit schlecht zu heizen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Kirsten und Dimitra (Bergisch Gladbach, Germany)
