I couldn\'t access my room or get the keys until 6 p.m. which meant I had to wait on the street until the landlady came. She did tell me she couldn\'t be there beforehand, but that shouldn\'t happen. I had to climb 86 stairs with 2 suitcases and the room was the size of a closet. On the day of my departure she didn\'t offer any breakfast."
