Céntrico apartamento con una gran terraza comunitaria - cerca de Las Ramblas

Otttima posizione, a 100 metri dalla Rambla, dal quartiere Gotico, dalla Metropolitana, taxi in zona giorno e notte, Market sotto casa.. Tranquillo e silenzioso, molto carino e pulito (unico difetto 2 bagni ma solo 1 doccia)

Apartment was very good, however Internet was advertised but very seldomly worked.

The apartment was beautiful! Exactly like the photos and suited our group of 5 perfectly. It was in an excellent location, at the end of Las Ramblas which was nice to be somewhat away from the craziness. Also was near the beach, and very close to the metro. Had a very nice sun deck on top of the roof as well. Came in after hours but the directions provided by Oh-Barcelona to pick up the keys were very clear. Service by Oh-Barcelona was GREAT! The lady in the office R. was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. All of the arrival instructions and directions to the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend this company!

The information sent to us gave us the wrong location to pick up the key. When we called, we asked if it would be possible for us to eat first before meeting them in about 30 minutes since our children were very hungry by this point. They said no, that they couldn't guarantee anyone would be there and we had to get back on the train to meet the person with the key right now. Noise level was the biggest problem here. There appeared to be other rental apartments in the same building. Walls were extremely thin and at least two apartments were rented by large groups of teenagers who were partying all night long. As our first night was Friday, we had no way to report this problem since the office was closed until Monday. We suffered two sleepless nights due to the drunk kids.

(14/04/11)The owner informs us that unfortunately the key collection address was incorrect due to a computer error that has now been resolved. Customers can report any problems that arise during the office closing hours, there is an emergency number they can call for help.

Nos hemos alojado en este apartamento 4 personas y todos estamos realmente contentos de haber decidido alojarnos en él. La situación, el propio apartamento y el trato con la persona encargada ha sido excelente. No dudamos repetir la experiencia en el mismo lugar.

Die Lage der Wohnung war toll , direkt am Ende der ramblas, Beginn Hafen .Sie war sauber und gepflegt,es hätten dort bis zu 9 Personen schlafen können.Dafür war allerdings nicht genug Geschirr vorhanden und nur EINE Dusche.Die Bäder sind ein echter Nachteil an der Wohnung : es gibt nur 2 winzige Bäder , eins davon sogar nur zugänglich über ein Schläfzimmer. Im Übrigen hatten wir vielleicht Pech , aber im Hause wurde während unserer Anwesenheit viel gefeiert und es war ziemlich laut.

14/20 Bel appartement,spacieux et bien aménagé. Ensemble très satisfaisant.

Very nice appartement, but it was not possible to chance canals on the TV. Very nice appartement near Ramblas and the Beach. Our family counting 6 persons enjoyed our stay in Barcelona!

the mattresses in our apartment were below standard and sleeping was not the best. Also, out TV did not work!!

note oh oh (24/03/2010) the owner check the flat and the equipment and told us that everything is working, also the TV. Owner bought new mettresses.
