Acogedor apartamento en el barrio de Ciutat Vella

Wasn't thrilled in being on the bottom floor. All the other apts. we stayed at in Spain were much nicer overall; however, from my understanding, Barcelona is generally most expensive. The picture on the website did it justice.

Avi un oder muy desagradable de vasuras a la entrada del edificio en siempre en nuestra bano. Este hace qu'el alojamiento no merite un excelente pero un bien....

Los colchones son bastante malos, se clavan los muelles, sería bueno que los cambiasen. La presión del agua en la ducha es poca. Solucionando estos dos problemas, el alojamiento sería excelente y altamente recomendable. Ningún problema. Buen servicio

Warmwasser hat nicht wirklich funktioniert

(14/12/2010) Der Eigentümer bestätigt, dass das heiße Wasser funktioniert. Bitte denken Sie daran, jeden Vorfall gleich an den Eigentümer zu melden, um ihn auch die Möglichkeit zur Problemlösung zu geben.

The apartment was quite spacious but basically furnished. The sofa could have been cleaner. You had to pass through the building's lobby, which had an unpleasant smell, to get to it. The kitchen lacked most essential cooking utensils. There was no dish that could be used in the oven. No serving dishes. No oven gloves. No tea towels and we had to use the bathroom towel to handle hot plates. The iron blew causing the electric points to fuse; a replacement iron had a worn flex which could be dangerous. The Internet worked only by repeatedly signing-in to the owners' website, but there was not always a prompt for this, leading us to believe it had failed when it hadn't, and leading to us having to call someone in to help (a friendly electrician who didn't understand the problem). The outside space was a large yard with very high walls, which got a fair amount of sun. With some plants, it could have been attractive, but totally bare and empty, it felt almost like a prison yard. The owners were helpful when problems were raised but it all took time.

The bathroom smelt terribly moldy and awful!!! The masterbedroomwindow opening into a rubbish and storage room could therefor not be used. It was NOT clear from the webdescription that the flat was located on the groundfloor with a terrace like a canyon. Otherwise it was clean and well eqipped. YOU DO HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE SMELL !!! If I hadn´t payed in advance, I would have payed less and you were not willing to move us to some other place. It was very kind of you, that we were allowed to leave our luggage in the flat for longer than normal. Thank you !

Le logement était un peu usager mais c'était suffisant pour notre court séjour.

Over all we were very pleased with the apartment, cleanliness and location. Very handy for La Rambla, but quiet with easy walking to the centre or port.

Le ménage devrait être mieux effectué, surtout dans la salle de bain (cheveux des locataires précédents, toiles d'araignées). Nous avons été surpris par le peu de luminosité naturelle dans l'appartement, par manque de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur et du fait de la situation en rez de chaussée. Les murs, tâchés et endommagés, gagneraient à être rafraîchis. La 2ème chambre est vraiment très petite. Cependant, l'appartement en général est spacieux et la terrasse extérieure doit certainement être appréciée en été. La cuisine est bien équipée (quoique 2 ou 3 casseroles ou poëles seraient encore les bienvenues) et pratique. Enfin, l'immeuble est calme et très bien situé dans la ville, à proximité de la Boqueria, des Ramblas, du métro et du centre ville touristique.L'accueil fut correct et courtois. La garantie pouvant être effectuée par CB au lieu du cash est un plus.

sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur La Rambla. Badezimmer etwas zu klein ausgefallen.
