Apartamento en Barcelona - 1 dormitorio, al lado de la playa

Mitten im Leben - das war zugleich Vor- und Nachteil der Wohnung: Kurze Wege, eine hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung in einer typischen STraße - das hat uns gefallen. Dass es nachts im Haus teilweise erst sehr spät still wurde und dann die Müllabfuhr für neuen Lärm sorgte - das gehört wohl dazu. Für Leute mit gutem Schlaf: eine Traumwohnung! Und das Ehepaar, das die Wohnung betreut, ist wirklich super nett und gastfreundlich! Sogar ein Reisebett für unsere kleine Tochter zauberten die zwei herbei.

wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft gewesen.Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und doch etwas abseits vom großen Trubel der City.Die Wohnung bietet auf wenigen m² alles was man benötigt. Alles hat super geklappt.Gustavo hat uns in Empfang genommen und nette Tipps gegeben!Sehr sympathisch und freundlich!

The good: the apartment is clean, well cared for, and in a nice location. The air conditioning is nice, although it auto-shuts off in 2 hours so you can't cool the place continuously at night. Gustavo and his wife were very nice and accommodating. The bad: everything in this place is small -- from the narrow stairs to the flat that do not fit a person with a suitcase, through the bathroom that barely fits a person, to the TV (13-14"). Room size was expected to be small but the bathroom was just tiny -- toilet seat is in a space no more than a foot wide (smaller than an airplane seat), and shower cabin was so small you can barely turn inside. Water pressure was not very good either but that seems to be pretty common in Barcelona, especially for 3rd floor apartments. Speaking of 3rd floor, there is no elevator and a very narrow staircase -- lugging a suitcase up and down proved to be quite a challenge there... All in all, everything is small but usable; the apartment is clean and in a nice neighborhood so I would stay there again if the price is right. You just have to have the right expectations and you will enjoy your stay.

The contact person Gustavo was very nice and friendly, and so was his wife. I would definitely choose the same place to stay, shall I go to Barcelona again. The location was close to the beach and also close enough to the centre.

Die günstige Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum haben wir sehr genossen, ebenso zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Ohne die praktischen Hinweise unserer Kontaktperson hätten wir uns nicht so schnell in der Stadt zurechtgefunden.

le quartier est génial, populaire et authentique. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin au pied de chez soi. La plage est tout près, les quartiers historiques accessibles à pied. l'appart est très propre, petit mais bien conçu et très bien équipé. Gustavo est très attentionné et sympathique. il écrit et parle très bien le français.

Apartment has all the comforts of home. The fans on the ceiling were perfect! Gustavo had a cold bottle of water waiting for us on arrival. The location has everything at hand - beaches, shops, restaurants,pubs. Highly recommended - Barceloneta is ideal for everyone. 10/10.
