Cómodo apartamento de 3 dormitorios en el Borne de Barcelona

Wir waren 4 Tage im Okober 2011 hier. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Viertel Born Barri Gothic. Das Appartementgebäude ist wunderschön restauriert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Zudem ist sie sehr sauber und durch die schallisolierten Fenster sehr ruhig obwohl draußen das Leben tobt. Apropos Leben: an diesem Standort ist man mittdendrin! Restaurants, Kneipen, Boutiquen und jede Menge toller Kultur lassen sich in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichen. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind exzellent. Auch der tolle Hafen ist lediglich einen "Steinwurf" entfernt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen - nach Barcelona und in das beschriebene Appartemen!!

un excellent accueil et un bon contact, agréable et efficace pour un appartement très bien situé pour les visites culturelles, avec des doubles vitrages qui modèrent le bruit extérieur dû à la rue piétonne extrêmement passante, et un minimum de vaisselle qui correspond à bien l'absence de lave-vaisselle...ce n'est pas ici que vous ferrez beaucoup de cuisine ! un bonne location pour' un prix un peu trop élevé...

Tutto come descrito sul sito. Molto rumorosa la strada, ma ciò non ha nulla a che vedere con lo stato dell'appartamento anzi un valore aggiunto sono le finestre decisamente molto insonorizzanti.

Très bonne en plus il parlait français ce qui est très pratique quand on ne parle pas espagnol. Le logement était très bien, et la situation de l'appartement est idéal pour visiter Barcelone. Il est également très bien isolé car la rue piétonne est assez bruyante avec la fenêtre ouverte. Très satisfait dans l'ensemble.

The accommodation was generally clean, pleasant and extremely well located. The air conditioner worked well and was much welcomed. Decor and fittings were a little old fashioned. The kettle was an old, plastic kettle and should be replaced. The television had very few English-speaking channels and did not seem to be tuned in proplerly to the satellite. Also, the TV was an old fashioned , small CRT TV and, for the price of the accommodation, I would have expected a flat screen TV with a good selection of English channels and a HiFi dock for my iPhone so I could play music.

The staff of the BCN Gotic apartments were really friendly and helpful. The location was very good, right downtown, 20 min to the Barceloneta beaches. The metro is just around the corner and there is a parking house nearby. The only drawback was the noise from the street. So you can't really sleep with the window open in the room facing the street. And there is air conditioning only in the living room. The entrance and the stairway are very nice.

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean and comfortable for us and our small child. The restroom could use better air circulation. We would stay there again.

The accomodation was fine although a little cramped. It was a busy street with Tapas Bars and could be noisy with traffic up and down.
