Bonito apartamento por grupos en Barcelona a unos metros de las Ramblas

Appartement ne correspondant pas à l'annonce, non aux normes, surface inférieure, fenêtre impossible à fermer, vitre cassée, matériels défectueux... très bruyants

Furniture poorer quality than in photo. Bathroom mouldy. Foyer to building smelly. Need curtains between bedrooms. Bunk room could have clothes hanging facilities in little entrance room. Kitchen shelves had to be cleaned before using. Cooking facilities basic - so close to the fabulous market but little equipment for home catering.

Accomodation was as stated and very clean and goodf location

Fairly basic accommodation. Marketed as sleeping 8 (this is true however 2 have to sleep on fold out foam beds!) In need of a refit, especially the bathroom. No bracket to hold shower head! Safe in wardrobe is not screwed down, could be easily removed! Entrance hallway was dirty, smelly and in need of updating.

Das Bad ist sehr klein, es hatte sich ein riesiger Schimmelpilz im Deckenbereich entwickelt, der sich stetig vermehrte. Ich denke Rohrbruch in oberer Etage. In der Küche fehlte es an Gläsern und Besteck für 6 Personen. Ebenfalls bei Vermietung an 6 Personen Möglichkeiten schaffen die Textilien aufzuhängen oder abzulegen. Insgesamt entsprach die Wohnung niocht den Vorgaben der Webseite.

The accommodation was generally quite clean and well equipped, but the pillows and duvets were filthy (not the covers). There was a lack of storage, and I dont think more than six people could stay there. There was also a lack of light bulbs. Mostly equipped from Ikea, it was convenient and served its purpose, but not for those looking for luxury.

There was too little forks, knives. There was no coffeemaker. It was too small for 8 persons. The bench couldn't be used as a bed, because one of the legs was broken. The livingroom was not comfortable enough for 8 persons! The furniture was poor. The shower was taped. Not enough quilts (3 instead of 8), not enough pillows (6 instead of 8. The relation price-quality was not good!

On the homepage there were many nice picture of the apartman, but only from the nice side, so when we visited the apartman we were a little bit disappointed. Much more irritating was the lack of keys. Me and 7 friend of mine stayed in the apartman, and we received only 1 keys to the apartman and 1 to the house. We should recieve at least 3 or 4 keys.
