Amplio dúplex en Paseo de Gracia con jardín

This apartment is in an unbeatable location on Passeig de Gracia yet is very quiet and peaceful. We found it clean and well equipped, as described. Our contact person was gracious and friendly, and even led us to the supermarket nearby at Corte d'Ingles. He didn't speak much English, but our Spanish-speaking son communicated for us. S. at Oh-Barcelona.com was very helpful assisting me with my questions by email prior to arrival.

Great location, nice kitchen, nice living and dining area. Poor bedroom with old linen and towels.

There was a shortage of linen, towels and only one tea towel. dryer did not work. ensuite in main bedroom shower has loose glass pane which results in water flooding the floor each time the shower is used. However, the apartment is beautiful and we were able to overcome these little annoyances. Excellent communications by the staff. I live in Australia and all my emails were answered. I would recommend Oh-Barcelona to anyone looking for accommodation and would definitely use this service again.

The dryer is still new, and the owner will make the manual available. The glass on the bath has been revised.

Für bis zu 5 Personen optimal. Die 6. Person hat leider kein separates Zimmer und muß auf der Empore schlafen. Sonst gibt es bei dieser Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

No hairdryer-- had to buy one. Dryer quit working. Called the contact person "David" half way through the week. He said he would be over that afternoon to fix it. He never showed up and never called back as to what the deal was. These were pretty big aggravations considering the cost of the place. Howeverl, these were the only two negatives. The location was amazing and the apartment was really nice (especially the patio). Despite the problems I would consider staying at this place again.

Bedrooms were a little small but rest of place was really comfortable
